show Abstracthide AbstractThe genus Mazus L. is characterized by a sensitive bilobed stigma, which is thought to assure reproduction, avoid selfing and promote outcrossing. However, its potential effects on pollen or gene flow and fine-scale spatial genetic structure within a population remain poorly understand due to absence of the available SSR makers for Mazus species. Thus we conducted the RNA-seq and constructed EST library to develop EST-SSR markers in the creeping mazus (Mazus miquelii).
